When you use the contact form, call, or email us, we receive what you share — typically your name, email, phone number, and the property your message concerns. Our website also uses Google Analytics, which collects standard, anonymized usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) to help us understand how the site is used.

What we use it for

To respond to your inquiry, manage properties for our owners, and serve our tenants. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Rental applications and portals

Rental applications, tenant screening, rent payments, and owner statements are processed through Yardi Breeze, our property management platform. Information you submit there is governed by Yardi's privacy practices in addition to ours, and screening data (credit, background) is handled by the screening providers involved. We only request what Florida law and sound tenant screening require.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets cookies only through Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to anything on this site.

How long we keep it

Contact inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Lease, accounting, and transaction records are retained as required by Florida real estate law and the Florida Real Estate Commission's record-keeping rules.
