H. Winship Dowell opened Falcon on St Augustine Road in January 1990 and remains President. His son Winship Dowell, also a licensed Florida real estate broker, partners alongside him. Clay Dowell, a licensed Florida broker on the team, handles transaction and compliance work day to day.

We don't manage 5,000 units. We manage every unit like it matters — because for the owner, it does.
